New course dates posted on NTG website
As mentioned in my July’s commentary, new course dates have been posted on the NTG website for the forthcoming six months.
The NTG is passionate about facilitating training courses that reflect our industries needs and expectations and with this in mind the portfolio of courses have been condensed to meet these requirements. The courses focus on installation, building regulations, principles of kitchen design and sales and have been designed to assist with the continual development of personnel at all levels within our industry.
We have received some great feedback and taking this on board two new courses have been added to the portfolio. The first course focuses on the essentials of starting up and running a new business, ‘Getting Started – First Step’, the second course concentrates on preparing a business plan, forecasting, keeping financial records and the importance of planning and promoting the business, ‘Getting Started – Second Step’.
It is essential that to sustain the courses available in the NTG portfolio our industry must be supportive by embracing the importance of training, upskilling and continual education of staff and the best way to do this is by taking up the places on the courses.
